For micro-SaaS founders billing on Stripe

Your Stripe numbers, in your own sheet — already calculated.

SheetPulse syncs Stripe to Google Sheets every hour and builds the metrics for you: MRR and MRR movement, churn, ARPU, LTV, revenue, refunds and Stripe fees — plus monthly snapshots and email alerts. No CSV exports, no BI tool to feed, no formulas to rewrite every month.

No credit card required · Cancel anytime · Read-only Stripe access

Everything a reporting ritual needs, in one sheet

Raw exports stop at transport. BI tools stop at their dashboard. SheetPulse does the whole job where you already work.

Scheduled sync, full history

Charges, invoices with line items, customers, subscriptions and refunds flow into your spreadsheet every hour. The first run backfills 12 months, and every sync's health is visible in the app — a broken sync is never silent.

A Metrics sheet, pre-built

MRR, MRR movement (new, expansion, contraction, churn), churn rate, ARPU, LTV, revenue, refunds and Stripe fees — broken down by plan and by customer. The calculation method is written inside the sheet, so every number is traceable.

Historical snapshots

A monthly history of MRR, churn and revenue builds itself, ready for investors, advisors or your accountant. The longer you run it, the more valuable it gets.

Email alerts

Churn above your threshold, failed payments, disputes, refunds, an MRR goal reached, or an anomaly versus the moving average — delivered to your inbox, not buried in a dashboard you never open.

Ask your numbers (Pro+)

A copilot that answers questions about your synced data in plain language, with the calculation shown next to the answer. Included in Pro and Max — not the reason you pay, but a differential nobody offers at this price.

CSV export (Max)

Every table you see in the app exports to CSV — the same data, the same methods, for decks, backups and your own analysis.

From signup to first report in minutes

  1. Connect Stripe, read-only

Create a restricted Stripe key with read permissions only and paste it in. No OAuth dance, no account-wide access: SheetPulse can never issue refunds or change anything in your Stripe account.

  2. 12 months land in your sheet

The first backfill pulls a year of history and builds the raw tabs plus the Metrics sheet in your own Google Sheets file, in your own Drive.

  3. It just stays current

Hourly sync keeps the sheet fresh, snapshots accumulate month after month, and alerts watch the numbers for you. Open the sheet when you need the report — it's already done.

Public, flat pricing

Every price on this page. No "contact sales", no tier that grows with your revenue. 14-day free trial on every plan, no credit card. Quarterly billing saves 20%, annual saves 30%.

What v1 does not do — on purpose

Honest edges beat vague promises. These limits are real, and they're stated here rather than discovered later.

  • One currency per account in v1. The sheet works in your account's single currency; the conversion method, when needed, is documented inside the sheet.
  • Stripe and Google Sheets only. No other gateways and no Excel destination in v1. No writes to Stripe — ever, on any plan.
  • Not a BI suite. No 28-metric dashboards, benchmarks, forecasts, dunning or recovery. If you need those, a dedicated BI tool is the right call.
  • The copilot is a bonus, not the product. It answers questions about your synced numbers with the method shown; it doesn't invent data or give financial advice.

Frequently asked

Is my Stripe data safe with a third-party tool?

You provide a restricted, read-only Stripe key: SheetPulse can read your billing data but cannot create refunds, modify customers or change any setting. The key is stored encrypted and the app performs no write calls to Stripe, on any plan.

Where does my data end up?

In a Google Sheets file in your own Drive. SheetPulse keeps a copy of the synced rows to compute metrics and answer questions, but the spreadsheet your investors and accountant see is yours — and it survives any subscription change.

How are MRR, churn and LTV calculated?

The method is documented inside the Metrics sheet itself. In short: MRR is the sum of active subscriptions normalized to a monthly amount; churn is customers lost in the month over active customers at the start; ARPU is MRR over active customers; LTV is ARPU over the monthly churn rate.

What happens if a sync fails?

Sync health is visible in the app with the last error and a retry policy on every run. A failing connection never gets silently dropped — you see it, and the sheet tells you when it was last updated.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial without a card. You pick a plan and pay only if you keep it.
